The European Art Editors and Awards Club plans rich art experiences and exchange opportunities for its members in 2025, broadening their artistic horizons, inspiring design inspiration through visits to contemporary galleries, and promoting interaction and connection among members.

1. Project Goals:
(1) To host two gallery visit events in 2025.
(2) To achieve a minimum attendance of 20 members per event.
(3) To enhance members’ understanding of contemporary art trends.
(4) To promote professional exchange and social interaction among members.
2. Activity Planning:
(1) First Visit: Spring 2025 (April-May)
A. Theme:
Emerging Contemporary Artists and Experimental Works
B. Target Galleries:
Contemporary galleries located in urban or art districts that primarily showcase works by emerging artists or feature experimental exhibitions.
C. Activities:
(a) Gallery Tour: Invite a gallery representative or professional guide for an introduction to the artworks and artist concepts.
(b) Free Exchange: Provide time for members to browse and discuss freely, encouraging them to share their viewing experiences.
(c) Light Refreshments: Offer simple refreshments after the event to extend the networking atmosphere.
(d) Registration Method: Members can register by phone, email, or WhatsApp with the club.
(2) Second Visit: Autumn 2025 (Tentatively September-October)
A. Theme:
International Contemporary Art and Cross-Disciplinary Design
B. Target Galleries/Art Spaces:
Galleries/art centers with an international perspective, that have previously exhibited works by renowned international artists, or feature cross-disciplinary design exhibitions.
C. Activities:
(a) Special Lecture: Invite an art critic or curator for a special talk on contemporary art trends or cross-disciplinary design.
(b) Interactive Session: Encourage members to ask questions and engage in discussions to deepen their understanding of art and design.
(c) Networking Dinner (Optional): Based on budget and member interest, consider hosting a small networking dinner for more in-depth social opportunities.
(d) Registration Method: Members can register by phone, email, or WhatsApp with the club.
3. Budget:
(1) Transportation: Bus.
(2) Gallery Venue Rental or Guided Tour Fees.

4. Execution Timeline:
Q4 2024: Confirm gallery list, finalize collaboration details, draft detailed activity plan and budget.
Q1 2025: Launch promotion and registration for the first event.

Q3 2025: Launch promotion and registration for the second event.
Q4 2025: Execute the second gallery visit event.
End of 2025: Conduct post-event evaluation and prepare a summary report.
